I formed Grovedale Consulting to leverage my 40+ years in executive leadership, community economic development and affordable housing serving large and small companies, government, communities and non-profit organizations, in the shared objective of building better, more equitable organizations and communities. I believe that, together, we can do well and do good, and that today, we can – and MUST- do better.

Whether helping companies and organizations grow, structuring loan and equity funds, working with community groups, helping to develop and redevelop neighborhoods, or providing governance and leadership coaching, I am committed to triple bottom line solutions delivered with integrity and transparency. Our communities face big challenges and have a big opportunity to do so with a greater emphasis on benefit for all the stakeholders. This is not new to me, and I welcome the chance to bring my skills, experience and passion to work for you.
