About Peg

Peg Moertl, Principal

Peg Moertl is the principal of Grovedale Consulting. Over a 40+ year career she has served as a corporate banking executive, a President & CEO, a senior public official, and a board chair — leading organizations through growth, turnaround, and transition.

As President & CEO of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, she and her team raised and invested more than $1 billion across 100+ transactions in two years. At HCDC, she led the largest SBA 504 lender in Ohio and Kentucky. Before that, she spent nearly 15 years at PNC Bank as Senior Vice President of Community Development Banking, building teams and partnerships through multiple bank acquisitions, following senior roles with the State of Ohio, Hamilton County, and the City of Cincinnati.

That range is the point. Peg has made payroll, faced boards, testified publicly, and been accountable for results in three sectors. Her coaching draws on all of it.
