About Peg

Peg Moertl, Principal

Peg built a 40-year career as a corporate banking executive, President & CEO, senior public official, and board chair — leading organizations through growth, turnaround, and transition. As President & CEO of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, she raised and invested more than $1 billion in two years; at HCDC, she led the largest SBA 504 lender in Ohio and Kentucky; before that, nearly 15 years at PNC Bank in community development banking.

She's made payroll, faced boards, and been accountable for results in three sectors. That range — not theory — is what her coaching draws on.
